Product Description
The 100% natural Merino Kids Baby Sleep Bag is the world's finest baby sleep sack. Its remarkable natural merino fabric and award-winning design help your baby to sleep safely through the night. Crafted from superfine allergy-safe merino wool, the Merino Kids baby sleep sack is luxuriously soft and light upon your baby's body. It fits babies safely up to two years and its quality workmanship guarantees years of wear. Babies can take as long as a year to develop the full capability to regulate their own body temperature, which is why they often wake too hot or too cold. Only merino fabric has the remarkable natural ability to regulate body temperature and the Merino Kids baby sleep sack is ideal all-year-round for nursery room temperatures from 64°F to 75°F. It captures and circulates air to insulate your baby when the room temperature falls, and releases excess body heat and moisture as the room temperature rises, to create the perfect safe micro-climate around their body. Your baby has the freedom to move naturally in their Merino Kids baby sleep sack but they cannot slip underneath, nor wriggle out and wake uncovered and cold, as can happen with blankets. Parents get a good night's sleep with the peace of mind that their baby won't get too cold or too hot and their baby's head won't get covered. Reduces certain SIDS risk factors: promotes back sleeping; sleeveless for better air circulation; fabric stays clear of baby's face; reduced risk of overheating due to merino's natural body temperature-regulating capability. The innovative safety belt aperture allows the sleep sack to be worn safely in car or stroller, making it easy to transfer them asleep to and from their crib. 100% natural long staple cotton outer layer for extra durability. Opens up flat for easy dressing. Unzips from the bottom for quick diaper changes. Free matching travel bag included. Machine washable. Can be tumble-dried. Contains no polyester. Naturally fire resistant.

Love it wish we had this months ago! July 13, 2010 Andrew B Lautenschlager (Bay Area, CA) This is a serious quality sleep sack! It feels great and the construction is fantastic. Our 9 month old has slept great since we started using it. Her hands or cheeks are not cold in the morning as with other sleep sacks and seems to truly help her regulate her body temperature. Sure wish we had this months ago and would probably have prevented numerous middle of the night wake ups due to our daughter being too warm or two cold.
Your toddler will LOVE this sleep sack!! May 19, 2010 Francis Frost 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We love Merino Kids products and have used them since our child was a newborn. When I was looking for a gift for my goddaughter I knew I had to buy a Merino Kids Toddler sleep bag for her, especially because she's only ever slept in the cheap polyester ones. She loves this sleep bag so much that she'll sit in it on Saturday mornings, watching TV and eating Cheerios before her parents wake up!
Toddlers love sleep sacks too! May 3, 2010 Lucy E. Wildman (Providence, RI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was always under the assumption that sleep sacks aren't used after 1 year of age, but after seeing that my 4 year old niece still uses hers, I decided to buy one for my goddaughter.
I already own a couple of Merino Kids products for my baby so I knew the quality would be impeccable, but my girlfriend isn't familiar with merino and couldn't believe how soft and fine the fabric was. In her words: "It's not like wool at all!"
Her daughter still has accidents at night that wake her up, but when she wears the sleepsack she stays dry. I don't know how, but somehow the sleepsack will be wet on the outside while the merino that sits against her body will be all but dry.
Definitely a little more expensive than synthetic polyester sleep sacks, but well worth the investment if you're looking for one that will keep your little one dry at night.
didn't do the trick February 13, 2010 kolibrik This is a very nice and soft bag. Unfortunately it did not do the trick. I purchased it after reading nice reviews for my 3-month old hoping this would help the baby to stay warm during the winter nights. However, the baby kept waking up with very cold nose and hands (hands are open so not surprising) even though he had warm pjs and onesies underneath - so I had to use extra blankets. The bag was clearly not enough and it's also relatively thin. The temperature at our place is 68-70 F at night which should be fine according to this bag's description. Given the high price for this product, I was disappointed, but I'm keeping the bag b/c it's nice and may work better in spring/fall seasons.
(I originally bought the Oatmeal color and tried to place this review for Oatmeal Merino Bag but for some reason it did not get displayed among other reviews, but the website does not allow me to place another one there).
